The cramped bathrooms could definitely use a redesign!!! Self check-in process was unclear, leading to frustration when check-in codes were sent way too late, leaving us without wifi at a critical moment!!!

Solo travelers ideal

I had a cozy little room that was clean and well-decorated making my stay quite nice. The contactless check-in with clear WhatsApp instructions made things easy, no hassle.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the experience and location, I found it acceptable.

cockroach infestation

missing handle

i almost considered leaving a good review, but then i remembered the cockroach infestation in the entrance hall and the missing door handle on my room. the four flights of stairs were simply absurd! , especially without warning. expecting at least a complimentary bottle of wine to ease my pain was obviously too much to ask.

We had a fantastic stay in the Executive Suite, which was an excellent base for exploring Lisbon with our little kid. The central location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, and we loved the clean and well-furnished room. The service was a standout, with great local recommendations.

My wife says that the bathroom was quite cramped.
